Orders & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

SAMA DOYO thanks you for your order. Once your order is validated, it is transmitted to our warehouse in Switzerland instantly. 

The stock available on the site corresponds to the stock in our warehouse based in Switzerland. It is then executed within 24 hours and transmitted to the Swiss Post. 

You will then be able to track your order with the shipping number that was sent to you by email. You should receive your order within 1 to 3 working days. 

At the moment we do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders are also not delivered on Sundays and public holidays. Please note, however, that the delivery times indicated are estimates only and may vary depending on external factors.

Do you deliver outside Switzerland?

No. We are currently working on an international shop. If you are based in France, our products are currently being added to Amazon.

I still haven't received my order

The delivery times indicated are estimates only and may vary depending on external factors. 

However, if you have received your Post Office shipment number, we advise you to check its status by clicking here.

 If you still have not received your shipment number, please contact us via our form so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

What materials are SAMA DOYO products made of?

You can find all the specifications of each product on their respective pages. 

However, all our glass products are made from borosilicate glass which can withstand high temperatures and is less susceptible to thermal shock than traditional glass. 

The product covers are made of stainless steel (SAE 304) and carbonized bamboo.

Where are SAMA DOYO products manufactured?

All of SAMA DOYO's products are made in his company in Guangzhou, China, with Chinese, Japanese and Danish designers in research and development to promote Chinese craftsmanship around the world.

Return & Warranty

My product is broken/cracked. Is the replacement of the product covered by the warranty?

All our products are checked before each shipment. 

Nevertheless, a crack may occur or the product may break during delivery. We therefore advise you to check your products carefully upon receipt.

You can return an item within 14 days. The returned item must not have been used.
