Payment by invoice available now!

Since November 18, all customers can now pay by invoice, via our partner POWERPAY.

In order to pay by invoice, here is the procedure to follow:

1. Select items and checkout

Select the items you are interested in, then proceed to checkout.

2. Provide your e-mail and delivery address

This information is obviously the most important. You will receive your confirmation and your invoice by e-mail (you will also have the choice to get your invoice by postal e-mail)

3. Under shipping mode, choose the type of delivery

Choose here if you want to receive your order quickly, or within 2-3 days. At the time of writing this article, you have the choice between PostPac Priority from Swiss Post (any order placed before 3pm is processed and shipped the same day), or PostPac Economy (you will receive your item within 2-3 business days)

4. Under payment, select Rechnung / Facture / Invoice 

5. Click on"Validate payment".

You will be redirected to an external page to validate the order.

6. Fill in the "Gender" and "Date of Birth" fields. This information is required by POWERPAY to generate the invoice and to verify your details

7. If you are redirected to the confirmation page, it means that your order is validated!

A few minutes later, you will receive the invoice free of charge by e-mail. With the purchase on account, you accept the following conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/en/agb), provided you have a valid e-mail address.

You then have 14 days to settle the payment. Otherwise, you can choose to pay by installments. You will be charged interest and a fee of CHF 2.90.
