How to prepare your tea?

How to prepare your tea?

Here are what I call the crucial steps to follow when preparing a good tea:

1. It is necessary to use a clean teapot that does not contain residues of the previously brewed tea.

2. It is also recommended that you first scald your entire container before placing your tea leaves in it.

3. Then insert the amount of tea you need. Count about 2-3 grams of tea for 40 cl of water or about 2 teaspoons for a one liter teapot (the quantity may vary depending on the tea chosen).

4. Pour in the boiling water (once again, at the right temperature depending on the tea you have chosen) and let the tea leaves infuse without exceeding the time limit. Indeed, if the infusion time is too long, the liquor of your infusion may quickly change color and become more bitter.

5. When your tea is sufficiently infused, remove the filter that contains the tea leaves and don't wait a moment longer to enjoy your brew.

PS. If you are tasting a great vintage, don't hesitate to pour hot water on the same leaves.

The Chinese do not put sugar, rum or milk in tea; they say that the aroma of tea is lost if anything is added to it, or even if it is stirred.
